Rates for Services:
Design Services - $125 per hour for in-house design services and / or job site consultations.
Measure Fee - $75 per job site visit for field measurements and / or templates.
Project Management Retainer Fee - 20% of subcontractor/s fee/s for project handling and / or management.
Please note: Design consultation and measure fees are waived when materials are purchased through Home & Design.
